On the Molesey Road figures: Elmbridge’s EIA screening record under 2026/0671 refers to up to 280 dwellings. Fairview’s June 2026 consultation material raised the published proposal to up to 290 homes, which is the figure used here and on the map. The screening decision was that an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required. Fairview’s published timetable indicated a full planning application in Summer 2026, but no separate registered full-application reference has been verified as at 19 August 2026. This site covers roughly 15% of the land in the historic 1,024-home Drake Park proposal, which is not shown separately to avoid double-counting the same land.
