Once our natural green belt has been lost for housing, it can never be replaced. Importantly, italready suffers from surface water flooding for many months every year.
We wanted to share a short update to explain what is actually being proposed, why residents raised the issue, and to answer some of the questions that have been raised by members of the community.
Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare say this relates to an Environmental Impact Assessment screening request linked to the potential demolition of the existing kennels and the construction of a housing scheme.
