Here are some pointers that you may consider important:

1. The land that EBC is asking for comments on is the triangle that lies behind the Barley Mow and runs along the by-pass. The old bowls club now houses a day nursery. Did you know it was there? Have you walked in it recently? What did you use it for? Do you consider it well used and popular? Do you feel it is important to keep it and why?
2. If the EBC land is incorporated, this could potentially make a new entrance / exit for the new estate directly onto the by-pass. Left turn in and left out to reduce traffic on Molesey Road. What do you think? Good or bad?
3. If it is incorporated, there could potentially be new green spaces available to the public and residents within the new development. What would you like to see?
4. If EBC sells the land, would you like to see extra affordable / social housing included
5. We know that the Doctors at Hersham Surgery need to expand their practice, but they cannot on their present site. The NHS / Integrated Care Board have already agreed in principle that additional facilities are required in Hersham. Would you agree to the sale of the EBC land if it could provide a new, upgraded, doctors and health facility on this site?
6. What other or alternative community assets and infrastructure do you think could be provided or improved in Hersham? Move the Library? New Village Hall? New Day Centre? Improve Riverside Park?
