Hi, I'm Tracey, I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists ( AOR ) and Indian Head Massage therapist. I have always had a holistic nature and so retraining in reflexology after many years based in an office has felt like I have found my calling. All feet tell a story, and it is fascinating how by treating them we can not only give the body a sense of relaxation but also allow it to work with its natural energy in a harmonious way. I created Heal the Soul to bring people like you moments of quiet, relaxation and joy through reflexology and Indian head massage that lets you just….be. Take a moment and breathe.  Let someone else be in charge just for a moment as you unwind your mind and soothe your soles – you’ve earned it.
